Film biaxial tensile testing machine: Model:CFT-300

As a testing equipment in the film material industry, it can realize biaxial synchronous stretching, uniaxial stretching or all combinations, and the stretching ratio is controllable. This machine can stretch thick film samples of biaxially oriented film materials with a length of about 100 mm and a thickness of less than 1.2 mm square into a film sample film according to the required stretch ratio for laboratory testing and analysis. For a wide variety of additives and formulations, the machine is used to perform sample film test analysis, and then determine the formulation and tensile multiple temperature rate. Then it is applied to the production line, which can greatly reduce the cost of trial production. The applicable materials are conventional materials PP PC PVC PA PI PE PET, etc., and high temperature resistant materials PPS PEEK PVDF PTEF, etc
