Micro Injection Molding machine: Model:DHI-15

Polymer experimental instrument suitable for injection molding of dumbbell splines of ordinary plastics and engineering plastics. It can be used directly for injection molding of splines, or with a micro taper twin-screw extruder, mixing first, and then injection molding.

Less material, fast sample preparation, saving development costs
The composite material is injected into a temperature-controlled mold by means of a plunger actuated by compressed air. Keep pressure and time controllable to avoid shrinkage of the molding test sample.
The injection unit is easily disassembled, and the melt can be exported directly from the micro melt extrusion system, or the composite material can be manually filled with powder or granules for rapid filling.

**Technical parameters**
It can be used independently, or combined with the micro cone twin-screw extruder, with a single raw material dosage of 2~15g (adapted to ISO standards), with a volume of 350450980mm, and can be used in test benches and fume hoods.
Processing temperature: RT~350°C (optional 600°C), accuracy ± 0.5°C, control heating zone: 2 zones.
Servo-electric piston structure, the maximum injection force is up to 2T, and the pressure is stable.
The mold can be customized, made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant mold steel, processing accuracy: ±0.01mm, quenching and tempering treatment: HB280~320, mold cavity mirror polishing, vacuum quenching.
PLC touch screen control, easy to set up and operate, can store multiple processing process parameters
